On average, the minimum order required for garments is contained in a package weighing about 10 Kg.

There are no individual samples, but prearranged Sets including 3 or 6 items in different sizes and colours, which allow better appraise the specific article.

Each order is confirmed by fax and we manufacture the goods as soon as the payment has been made.
Please take into consideration that in many countries the delivery charges are very expensive and that the custom duties are not included in the price.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order equals 750.00 Euro.

Our minimum order requirements for briefs, panties and boxer shorts are equal to 12 pieces for each size and each colour.
For bras, camisoles, t-shirts, vests and bodysuits, it equals 6 pieces for each size and each colour.

How long will I have to wait before receiving the goods?

Usually, the delivery takes about 30 days. Anyway, if you need a faster delivery, please ask if it is possible to our sales department.

Furthermore, also in the case of orders that are bigger than 7,500.00 Euros, please ask for confirmation.

What about the shipment?

The goods are sent via Executive Group International forwarding agent, a member of General Parcel, in standard service for Italy and Europe and in expedited service (Couriex or Fedex) for the other countries.

The standard service takes about 2 working days in Italy and about 4 working days in Europe.

The expedited service takes about 5 working days.

Are the goods insured?

No, because the damages are so rare that it's not convenient to insure the goods. If the package was lost or damaged, you would have to ask for substitution directly to Cristina's office.

If the goods are shipped through your forwarding agent, we decline all responsibility and we recommend you to insure them separately.

We will be happy to meet you at our factory.

The nearest airports are Bologna or Rimini. They are both about 45 km far from us. We are located near Ravenna, close to Faenza A14 highway tollbooth.

We are open from 08.30 to 12.30 in the morning and from 02.00 to 06.00 in the afternoon, from Monday to Friday.
In the month of August and in the Christmas period we are closed for holidays.
